How does your points program work?
Great news! All online customers now earn reward points for online orders made while logged into their discoverTreLuxe.com account! Use your reward points for product discounts, and to fund programs that help at-risk girls in low-income communities to build confidence and gain new opportunities. Check out the information below for more program details!
When you add products to your cart, you’ll see a specific amount of reward points shown above the product price. Purchasing the product adds the displayed amount of points to your account. You can also earn points for other actions (listed below). On any subsequent order, you can use your accumulated points on the checkout page to get cash discounts, OR, you can donate them!
TréLuxe will donate at least $1 to charity for every 75 reward points you give. You can now support great causes just by buying great products; and also treat yourself to exclusive reward point discounts!

How do I accumulate points?
Account signup at checkout (earn 25 points). On the checkout page “create an account” to save your name, address, etc. for easy use in future orders.
Product purchase* (earn 170-220 Points, depending on the product) Check the page of the product you want to order to see how many points are earned by purchasing that specific product. Points are added after purchase.
Product Review (50 points) give us your feedback by leaving a product review on the product page**
*You must be logged into your account to accumulate points for product purchases. Points do not apply to shipping or taxes.
**You can only earn points for a product review one time for each product.
What can I do with points?
Product discounts. Use accumulated points for discounts on products. You can decide whether to use some, all, or none of your points, during online checkout. Full product redemption starts at 1190 points!
Donate for a great cause! Donate your points to support women’s & girls health & fitness, and economic empowerment initiatives. Donations go to programs that help women and girls to build confidence in themselves, providing physical, mental, and economic empowerment. 375 points = $5 donation, 750 points = $10 donation, 1,800 points = $25 donation.

What charity organizations do you support?
o Girls with Sole is an organization that uses free fitness and wellness programs to empower the minds, bodies and souls of girls who are at-risk or have experienced abuse. Girls with Sole Programs are designed to encourage girls to strengthen their minds and bodies while having fun, learning teamwork and building a sense of belonging. Participants get free running shoes, sports bras, water bottles, race entries and other healthy lifestyle benefits. www.girlswithsole.org
o Girls in the Game empowers girls to make healthier choices and develop the confidence and leadership skills they need to succeed. Girls in the Game exposes minority girls from underprivileged backgrounds to diverse fitness options from yoga and lacrosse to soccer and dance, while also providing nutrition and health education. www.girlsinthegame.org
o Girls on the Run inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Girls on the Run strives to help nurture the physical, emotional and spiritual health of young women. Donations help to fund scholarships for low income girls to participate in the program. www.gotrchicago.org
How do I redeem my points?
1. First, check your available point balance by signing into your account here
2a. To use your points for CASH DISCOUNTS (including free products if you have enough points)
add the products you want to your cart, then,
click “apply discount” on the checkout page and enter the number of points you want to redeem.
2b. To use your points for a CHARITABLE DONATION,
add the $5, $10, or $25 donation to your cart, then
checkout WITHOUT applying any points.
What’s next if I donate?
We’ll check to make sure you have enough points available, and either (A) e-mail you a shareable donation confirmation certificate, or (B), inform you via e-mail that you’re lacking the required amount of points and you can donate a lesser amount, or wait until you accumulate more points.
Cruelty Free Statement
TréLuxe does not conduct or commission testing on animals. TréLuxe products are not sold in any countries that require animal testing. You can see a list of authorized locations where our products are sold here.
Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days of order placement. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that the order has gone out. Orders are shipped via USPS, priority mail. Delivery is typically 1 to 3 business days from the date of order shipment.
We don’t ship internationally just yet. But here is a list of our retail partners that do:

Our Return Policy
We’re confident that you’ll love our products, however, if you have a problem with your order, please e-mail us first. In the unlikely event that you need to return a particular product purchased online, please complete ALL of the steps below within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund* of the purchase price (not including shipping costs).
- Please send your refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org,
- in your email, you must specify the order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- ensure that we receive the unused portion of the returned product in the original packaging, along with a copy of your receipt, within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.
If the above steps are not followed, we will not have enough information to process a refund.
*Refunds will be made in the original form of payment
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. We try to ship quickly, so you should try to contact customer service as soon as possible in the unlikely event that you wish to cancel. If you would like to cancel your order you must send an email to email@example.com before the order is shipped. Once an order is shipped, the sale cannot be canceled.
