Shipping & Returns

We’re confident that you’ll love our products, however, if you have a problem with your order, please e-mail us first. In the unlikely event that you need to return a particular product purchased online, please complete ALL of the steps below within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund* of the purchase price (not including shipping costs).

1) Please send your refund request to customerservice@discovertreluxe.com
2) In your email, you must specify the order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3) Ensure that we receive the unused portion of the returned product in the original packaging, along with a copy of your receipt, within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.

If the above steps are not followed, we will not have enough information to process a refund.

*Refunds will be made in the original form of payment

- All full price items can be returned within 30 days of order receipt.
- Items purchased at a 20% or greater discount during company sponsored sales promotions, are not eligible for refund.
- Shipping of returned products is at the expense of the customer.
- Original shipping cost cannot be refunded.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- You must include your original TréLuxe order number with your return.
- A tracking number is required for your return. Without a tracking number, we are unable to guarantee your return and issuance of refund.
- Once your return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund of the purchase price to be reflected on your account.
- Please send an email to confirm that we have received your return and processed your refund.
