How to Use

After cleansing hair*

  4. rinse hair,
  5. reapply conditioner,
  6. repeat step #3 (and do not rinse),
  7. style as desired.

*Can also be used as a light moisturizer/styler. To use as daily moisturizer/styler

  1. dampen hair,
  2. apply enough conditioner to coat hair,
  3. style as usual.

Didn't work well for my hair, but it may be my fault?

I ordered the set of products based on the quiz. I followed the directions, even shampooing twice, which I really haven't done in years. When I applied the conditioner, my hair felt dry and rough. Definitely not something I wanted to try to detangle, and I was concerned. I used the rest of the products as recommended. My hair turned out very frizzy and my curls stretched out by the end of the day (like day 3 stretched out). I am going to wait until I used a conditioner that my hair loves before reviewing the rest of the products. Based on my refresh (which was more intense than normal), I believe I will like them. I retried the quiz, but this remains the recommended product. I have very fine individual hairs, and although I experienced hair loss a few months ago, I still have a lot of hair (and it's regrowing). It's color treated (not quite willing to go gray yet). The curl pattern, I thought, was curly in many places, with maybe some wavy bits. But looking at pictures of the curl pattern on line, maybe I'm curly, just not a lot of tight coils (darn it!). So I do think that the styling products are going to be for me. Just have to find a conditioner that doesn't leave my hair fuzzy.
