 If you aren't quite achieving the results you were hoping for with our products, you can connect with our certified Curl Care Specialists by sending an email with your concerns to customerservice@discovertreluxe.com. Please feel free to include photos of your results, as this can be really useful to help get you on a better track with your curls.                                                                                                                                            

If you’d like to make a return, just click the link below to get started.  All returns must be initiated using our return portal. Please note, returns sent outside this process may take longer to refund or could get lost.

Return Policy 

Customers are responsible for ensuring we receive the unused portion of the returned product(s) and order number within 30 days of when the carrier tracking shows the order as delivered.

If the below steps are not followed, we will not have enough information to process a return.

  • All items purchased directly from our website can be returned within 30 days of order receipt unless stated otherwise.                                                                               
  • Majority of the product must be unused.                                                                         
  • Original shipping cost cannot be refunded.                                                                     
  • To save you time and money, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.                                                                                                                              
  • To keep our process simple and transparent, a $7.45 return shipping fee applies to returns that aren’t the result of a company error. This fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. We always waive this fee when the issue is on our end.                                                                                     
  • Refunds will be made only to the original form of payment, or a TréLuxe gift card will be provided.                                                                                                       
  • You must include your original TréLuxe order number within the shipment of your return.                                                                                                                       

Once received and processed, products are properly disposed of. For this reason and best quality control practices, we do not re/ship returned items.  

 

Once your return is received, please allow 7-14 business days for the refund of the purchase price to be reflected on your account. Once the refund is issued, you will receive an automatic email notification.

Order Cancellations

  • Order cancellation or change requests may be made within a 60-minute window of when the order was placed.
  • Order change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the request is received during a recognized holiday or outside of business hours. If you would like to cancel your order, you must send an email to customerservice@discovertreluxe.com.
  • Once an order is shipped, the sale cannot be canceled.
