Shipping policy

  • Orders normally ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • During periods of high order volume, orders ship within 3-5 business days of order placement. 
  • Please allow 5-8 business days for order processing during holiday sales and other times when order volume is unusually higher than normal. Orders may be further delayed based on weather or acts of God.
  • Economy Shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to deliver from the date the order ships.
  • Expedited Shipping typically takes 1-4 business days to deliver from the date the order ships.
  • Please note that for Standard/Economy Shipping, orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Overseas US military bases) may take an additional 1-4 days for delivery.

Damaged Items

  • Please open and inspect your order within a couple of days of receipt to ensure it's correct, complete and undamaged.
  • If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so that we can make the situation right for you! 
  • Please provide a picture of the damaged box and/or items when requesting a replacement/exchange through our returns portal here

We truly do want you to receive your products! In the event you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please follow the below instructions: 

Carrier Error

  • Sometimes your tracking status will state delivered when it wasn't. If this occurs, please wait 2 business days for your order to show up. If it does not, please reach out to us directly for next steps at customerservice@discovertreluxe.com.
  • Check for your package in inconspicuous places and with neighbors. Sometimes, we find that carriers can be very human and accidentally deliver to the wrong location.

Customer Error 

We are not responsible for replacing, refunding or reshipping items that ship to an address that was entered incorrectly during checkout. 

Stolen Items 

We are not responsible for stolen items. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location, such as a PO Box or Amazon locker to ensure successful retrieval of order. In the event you determine your order stolen, you can file a claim with the carrier.

Reshipping & Reshipment Fees

At TréLuxe, we strive to ensure your order arrives as expected. Below is our reshipping policy on when fees may apply.

Courtesy reshipments issued for items in orders marked as delivered but not received are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

When Reshipment Fees Apply

A reshipment fee will apply in the following cases:

  • Customer Errors: If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address or incomplete shipping details.
  • Unclaimed/Refused Packages: If the customer’s order is returned due to missed delivery attempts or refusal.
  • Expired or Delayed Requests: If the request for reshipment is outside of 14 days from date of delivery or order (ex. Out of town not able to receive). 

Reshipping Fee Calculation

A reshipment fee of $7.45 will be assessed. If a customer wants faster delivery then an $8.95 expedited fee will be accessed. Once paid, the order will be entered for reshipment and a new tracking number will be provided.

How to Avoid Fees

  • Double-check your shipping address and order details.
  • Double-check your order to ensure it is correct and complete based on your purchasing intentions. 
  • Be available to accept your package or make delivery arrangements (Ex: paying attention to tracking notifications).
  • Ensure there are no delivery obstructions (no code available for entrance, mailbox inaccessible due to weather conditions or other obstructions).
