How to Use
On Wash Day:
- cleanse and rinse hair and scalp,
- optional: apply Untie the Knot Nourishing Leave-In Conditioner if hair is prone to dryness and more moisture is needed
- while hair is still wet, apply Aloe Vera Curl Primer to your waves or curls, starting with a quarter sized amount
- evenly distribute product through hair to detangle knots and smooth strands.

To Refresh between Wash Days:
- Apply to dry, damp, or wet hair, to increase moisture and define curls between wash days.
- Evenly distribute product through hair

My hair is thin but I have a lot of it. I’ve had a natural flip when my hair got to shoulder length but I always through my hair was straight. I saw the curl primer advertised and decided to try it. I have thin, curly hair but a lot of it. I've never had luck with my hair the next day after wash day, but the difference for me with the curl primer is life changing. I tried something someone posted the other day. I mixed the Soothe and Restore Aloe Vera Curl Primer with Relex. I used like a dime size of each or less.
My order of use.
1. Curl Renew and Restore Cleansing Rinse
2. Untie the Knot and rinsed out
3. Primer and Reflex mixed together on soaking wet hair.
4. Small amount of Definition Gel squeezed all over
5. Plopped for 5-10 min
6. Added a very small amount of Curl Supreme to the ends.
7. Applied a very small amount of gel due to plopping.
8. Diffused until dry.
It sounds like a lot of product but I used small amounts of all.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the Soothe and Restore primer or how to use it. I got it on a whim and it sat in my shower for a long time. I finally tried it: first using instead of conditioner, or with a conditioner when I feel my hair needs a bit more moisture. It smooths my hair, perfectly enhances the curl (no fancy styling needed!), and does not weigh down my fine curls. This is day 2 hair and all I've done is smooth over it with my damp palms. I'm still not exactly sure what its intended purpose is but my hair loves it and I highly recommend it!
The Aloe Vera curl primer helps with tangles and I can go 3-4 days without much refresh at all. Love this product and this line.
