I followed up with Untie the Knot leave in conditioner, scrunched with microfiber towel and applied ReFlex on very wet hair. I made sure hair was still wet and scrunched in Hi-Definition Gel. When I first used Curl Renew and Restore, I expected it to bubble up like regular shampoo. It does not. It seems like it is not working because it is so different than shampoo.
