How to Use

On Wash Day:

  1. cleanse and rinse hair and scalp,
  2. while hair is still wet, apply Restorative Protein Mask to your waves or curls
  3. evenly distribute product through hair.
  4. cover hair with plastic cap for 25-30 minutes
  5. rinse product out with warm water
  6. optional- for maximum moisture, follow up with Soothe & Restore Ultra Moisturizing Deep Conditioner, then rinse again
  7. apply styling product(s) as desired

Wash day wow!

Used the restorative protein mask for the first time and wow! Wash day was the best hair day ever!! I don't feel it made much difference on the following days, but am excited for the next mask day.

Pretty Impressive

I waited until day 3 after using this product to write a review. Post wash was really great (I use the Treluxe curl serum and innersense gel - sorry- and diffuse). Curls were more defined, and I had less frizz and more body. Pretty much all I could ask for. Now, on day 3, I'm still really pleased. My curls have expanded a bit, but sill much less frizz than usual. And that's with rain for the past few days, and 30 mph winds today. Now I'm wondering how frequently I can use it. I had always avoided what I thought of as heavy conditioners because my hair is fine, but this was apparently something my hair was missing and really really needed.

Miraculous!

I have fully colored and highlighted 2c hair. I have tried all kinds of masks, conditioners, etc. One use of this mask (left it on for 30 minutes) gave me that coveted "seaweed" hair (which I have never achieved before). Once my hair dried (diffused with some air drying), it was softer and bouncier than its ever been! Smells very aloe-y like their primer. Love it!
